How do I qualify for this promotion? 

Purchase any 2 Terry’s Chocolate products at participating stores between October 1, 2026 and February 14, 2027. Be sure to keep your receipt!


Head to LiveEvent.terryschocolate.com and fill out the online submission form within 14 days of your purchase.


Upload your receipt showing the qualifying purchase (please make sure the purchased product and date of purchase are clearly visible). Confirm that you have read and accepted all the promotional terms and conditions.

How old do I have to be to qualify for a Reward? 

You must be 18 years or older at the time of form submission to participate in this Promotion.

When do I need to submit my application form in order to qualify?

All submissions with receipt upload must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. The last day to upload receipt is February 28, 2027.

When do I have to purchase in order to qualify?

Your purchase must be made between Oct 1, 2026 and Feb 14, 2027.

How many times can I participate in this promotion?

You may only participate in this promotion once. If you attempt to enter more than once, subsequent entries will not be accepted.

Can I fill out the submission form on my mobile device?

Yes, this site is mobile friendly, all you need to do is go to LiveEvent.terryschocolate.com upload your receipt and fill out the application form.

I am having trouble redeeming my rewards, what should I do?

If you are having trouble with your Reward Code, please email us at TerrysChocolate@tlcrewards.com and we will be happy to assist you.

I never received my Reward Code.

Check your spam folder! This is the most common reason people cannot find their reward codes. If you checked and it is still not there, please contact us at TerrysChocolate@tlcrewards.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

I lost my receipt/order confirmation that included my qualifying purchase. What do I do?  

You must upload a valid, legible receipt in order to apply for your reward code. 

How long will my reward be valid?  

Rewards need to be redeemed by 11:59PM ET on December 31, 2027.

When do I receive my reward code?

If your receipt qualifies, you will receive an email from the TLC Rewards Team within five (5) business days instructing you on how to redeem your reward.

Who is TLC?
